Stamping and forming of metal parts from small contacts to large brackets and housings from 1/4 inch thick bar stock. Over 30 power presses with capacity ranges from 20 tons to 400 tons, and bed size measuring up to 4'x8' with plans to continue beyond these limits.
Our fourslide machines have die sections in front of the forming area for punching and blanking. Where conventional machines require expensive progressive tooling, fourslide machines often fabricate the same part at a fraction of the cost. The general capacity ranges in our four-slide department as follows:
Wire diameter/development .003" to .375" diameter/up to 36" length. Ribbon (flat stock) thickness/maximum width .003" to .125" up to 3" width.
